How delivery is priced
Pick your country in the basket and the exact delivery cost appears before you pay. It is the real cost of getting your parcel to you, so a single sticker to a US address costs a fraction of what a bulkier item costs, and nothing is quietly padded into the item price.
One consequence worth knowing: items are dispatched from different facilities depending on what they are, so a basket with two different products can carry two delivery charges. The basket always shows the total before you commit to it.

These are generated from the same rates the checkout uses, so they cannot go out of date separately from the store.
How long it takes
Orders take a few days to prepare before they are posted, then travel time on top. Roughly 4 to 9 business days in total within the United States, and 7 to 20 business days elsewhere. You get a tracking link as soon as the parcel moves.

24 countries at the moment, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, most of the EU, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, Mexico and Brazil. If your country is not in the basket list, email us and we will see whether it is possible.
Import duty or tax charged by your own country is not included in what you pay here.
Returns in short
- Faulty, damaged or misprinted: email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo. Free replacement or a refund, your choice, and you keep the original.
- Never arrived: tell us within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we will chase it and replace it.
- Wrong size or changed your mind: not covered, because each piece is produced individually for your order. Check the sizing on the product page, or ask us first.
- UK and EU buyers also have a statutory 14 day right to cancel, at your own return cost.
